Duties:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in construction law matters.
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

- Conduct legal research and analysis on construction law issues.
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in construction projects.
- Attend hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case management.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida State Bar or ability to waive into the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years of experience practicing construction law.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, lien laws, and related regulations.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Certifications (Preferred):
