Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be performing legal research. Producing initial drafts for various filings, draft petition forms, and support letters. Assisting attorneys with document review and all aspects of case preparation. Corresponding with clients and government officials under attorney supervision. Managing document collection, deadlines, and case tracking. Additional duties as assigned. Should have Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration matters, including experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, O-1 and others) and permanent resident processes (including PERM, I-140 and Adjustment of Status). Experience with an immigration tracking system is desired, LawLogix is preferred.
