This position will report to the Department and will work closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study and have graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate should also be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, . and have admission to the USPTO. The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
