The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study and have graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school. The candidate should also be admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, . and have admission to the USPTO.

The Electrical & Computer Technologies Associate will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and abroad
• Conducting freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses
• Assisting in other responsibilities or projects, as requested, or needed

The ideal candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings.

The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $310,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for an annual hours-based bonus.
