Law Firm Seeking Experienced Patent Litigation Associate in Multiple Offices - Salary Information Included Multiple Offices – Patent Litigation Associate Fox Rothschild, a leading law firm with offices in Los Angeles, California; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Princeton, NJ; and Washington, ., is currently seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Patent Litigation Associate. This is a great opportunity for a highly qualified candidate with four to six years of experience in a full range of intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. Required Qualifications and Experience: - Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office is located - Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills - Technical degree required, with preference given to Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Will also consider Chemistry, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering. - USPTO registration and experience in post-grant trials at the USPTO PTAB preferred. Responsibilities: - Drafting substantive briefs involving patent issues, summary judgment, and motions to dismiss - Conducting legal research and analysis - Preparing and responding to discovery requests - Assisting with trial preparation and attendance at hearings and trials Work Environment and Physical Demands: This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers. Compensation and Benefits: The salary ranges for this position apply to California and New York. The salary range reflects a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for a position. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $205,000 - $260,000 in California and $210,000 - $265,000 in New York.
