Law Firm is seeking an Electrical & Computer Technologies Associate to join our team in New York. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of patent prosecution experience, and will possess the following qualifications: • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field of study • Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school • Admitted to or eligible for admission in Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, . • Admitted to the USPTO • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings The Electrical & Computer Technologies Associate will be responsible for working closely with clients and inventors at all stages of the patent process, preparing, filing, and prosecuting patent applications in the United States and abroad, and conducting freedom-to-operate, infringement, and patentability analyses. This position may also assist in other responsibilities or projects, as requested, or needed. The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 - $310,000 annually.
