  • Strong knowledge of bankruptcy codes, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of bankruptcy cases.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the state of New Jersey (required).
