• Advise on covenant or rules violations and enforcement.
• Serve and advise on corporate/board of directors' powers, functions, training and formal opinions.
• Prepare, interpreting, and amending Declarations, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Rules and Regulations, election rules and Architectural Standards.
• Serve as a Board of Director or Committee Meeting Guidance and Attendance.
• Advise on Lender Foreclosure or Landlord-Tenant Defense.
• Counsel on Construction Management and Defect Litigation.
• Advise Real Estate Boundary or Title Disputes.
• Review Loan Documents and Structuring Commercial Lines of Credit and/or Arranging Sources of Financing for Community Operations and/or Capital Improvements.
• Effectively communicates with Courts, counsel, and clients, and actively engage in all aspects of a thriving community association practice.
• Display energetic, positive, talented, and highly motivated attitude combined with strong written communication skills.
• Demonstrate an expertise of persuasion and negotiation, including the ability to speak to audiences and to advocate for clients.
• Self-starters who can work independently or as part of a litigation team.
• Poised and Confident appearing in various situations and act an ambassador.
• Will participate in conferences and other activities associated with running a successful line of business within our Firm.
• 5 years’ experience working with HOA's preferred.
