Associate Attorney - General Liability (Buffalo, NY):
- Seeking experienced Associate Attorney for General Liability practice group at rapidly growing law firm, Chartwell Law

- Must have exceptional writing, research, and litigation skills and be licensed in NY
- Primary duties include file review, legal analysis, extensive research and drafting, representing clients in court and depositions, and trial preparation
- 4+ years' experience in General Liability required, . degree from ABA-approved law school, and admission to practice in NY (other states a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have strong work ethic, ability to self-manage, and work well in a team environment
- Salary range of $85,000 - $140,000, with annual billable requirement of 1950 hours

- Must be able to provide proof of legal right to work in the United States and pass a mandatory background check
- Salary requirements and ability to perform essential functions of the job will be evaluated
