Position Description:

- Work with regional, national, and multinational clients as part of the Digital Risk Advisory and Cybersecurity Team
- Focus on proactive and reactive privacy and data protection compliance matters, including data security incidents and regulatory investigations
- Advise on contractual and legal obligations related to security

Desired Experiences:
- 7+ years of experience as a senior associate
- Law firm or in-house experience in privacy and cybersecurity breach response or litigation with a demonstrated interest in privacy and cybersecurity
- Knowledge of data privacy and security laws
- Experience with state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
- Ability to defend regulatory investigations related to privacy and security
