# Employment Litigation Associate

Ogletree Deakins is looking for an experienced mid-level associate to join their Tampa, FL office and help represent premier local and national employers. This position is an excellent opportunity for an associate who is proactive and passionate about providing legal service in a sophisticated practice and who is interested in taking on a significant role in labor and employment law.

## Requirements

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

* Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Florida. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
* Candidates must possess labor and employment experience.
* Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class).

## Duties & Responsibilities

The Employment Litigation Associate will be responsible for all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation including:

* Developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems.
* Litigation and trial work.
* Resolving governmental and workplace investigations.
* Providing excellent written and analytical work.
* Contributing to a respectful, collegial office environment.
