Responsibilities:
- Work on complex commercial finance transactions for lenders and borrowers
- Understanding of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code is required
- Experience with workouts/restructuring, M&A, and private equity transactions is a plus

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of transactional experience
- Strong academic credentials and writing/analytical skills
- Active bar license in PA, MN or SD preferred
