The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, organizational, and writing skills and must be licensed and currently admitted in Oregon.

Duties:

• Handle a wide spectrum of legal matters.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation and reporting, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Attend court hearings and proceedings.
• Interact with clients and provide regular case updates.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of practical legal experience.
• Licensed and currently admitted in Oregon.

Skills:

• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents.
• Experience in litigation is preferred.
