- Reviewing and negotiating general corporate contracts
- Conducting legal research and providing analysis and advice to clients

Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in New York
- 5-7 years of experience in corporate law
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
