Duane Morris LLP is seeking to add an experienced **Environmental Litigation Associate (Senior Level)** to its Environmental team in its Newark, New Jersey or New York offices. The ideal candidate for this role should have 8-10 years of experience in environmental law, with a focus on regulatory compliance, environmental litigation, and transactional matters.

## Qualifications

* 8-10 years of experience in environmental law
* Experience with New Jersey’s Spill Act, ISRA, New York’s Navigation Law, CERCLA, RCRA, and related environmental statutes and regulations
* Stellar academics and superior writing and research skills
* Entrepreneurial drive and initiative
* Ability to work independently and inspire confidence
* Flexibility as to location in New Jersey or New York
* Joint NJ/NY bar admission (or the ability to obtain/waive-in)
