## Job Responsibilities

- Advise clients on a wide range of complex corporate and/or finance transactions
- Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, and other agreements
- Provide legal advice and services to clients on the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of various financing and capital markets transactions
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the legal, regulatory, and business aspects of the structured transactions practice
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
- Monitor and keep current on legal, regulatory, and industry developments
- Participate in business development efforts

## Qualifications

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Must be admitted to practice in the state of New York
- Three to six years of corporate and/or finance transactions experience
- Background in structured finance and securitization is preferred, but not required
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

## Salary and Benefits

Law Firm is offering a base salary or hourly wage range for this position of $250,000 to $370,000. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave). Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances.
