We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of corporate and transactional tax experience, as well as a strong understanding of business entities and real estate investment vehicles. Succession planning experience for closely held businesses is also desired.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and an active bar license for the state in which you will work. An . in Taxation or Estate Planning, or CPA certification is preferred, but not required. In addition, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of professional law practice experience, either in private practice or in-house. Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals, are also necessary for success in this role.

You should also possess superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases, as well as project management skills to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, are also important for this position. The ability to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality is crucial.
