Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity matters.
  • Draft and review transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments.

  • Assist in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and private equity deals.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage and oversee legal matters for clients.
  • Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments affecting corporate and private equity transactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sophisticated mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions.
  • Excellent academic credentials and qualifications.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Comparable law firm experience is highly desirable.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.

Certifications:

  • Bar admission in the State of Florida.

Skills:
