Job Title:

Experience Information:

- Large law firm, or a combination of law firm and in-house or regulatory agency, experience required
- Experience advising clients on cross-border regulatory matters is a plus
- Experience advising clients with diverse product lines is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to financial services firms, asset managers, and investment funds
- Represent a diverse range of clients, from small boutique operations to large financial institutions
- Stay updated on federal securities laws, particularly the Investment Advisers Act
- Advise clients on cross-border regulatory matters
- Work with clients with diverse product lines
