Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Corporate Transactional Team in Glen Allen, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior corporate, transactional, or real estate paralegal experience, as well as those looking to gain experience in these areas. We also welcome candidates without prior experience, including those considering law school in the future. Duties:

- Prepare and modify schedules for purchase and sale agreements
- Manage and maintain transaction files, including electronic/virtual data rooms
- Conduct due diligence reviews and summarize data and information
- Assist with the preparation of closing documents and manage the signature process
- Assist with drafting and maintaining transaction checklists
- Conduct research on general healthcare issues and specific transaction issues
- Prepare final closing binders for completed corporate transactions
- Assist with commercial real estate closings and title company requirements
- Assist with filings for governmental authorities
- Prepare presentations for clients and projects
- Support attorneys on various transactions and projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or prior Paralegal experience and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Interest in healthcare and/or varied transactional work
