The successful candidate must have at least two to six years of commercial litigation experience, with an emphasis on securities litigation, arbitration, regulation, and investigations. This position will involve working on a variety of securities litigation matters, including class action lawsuits, arbitration proceedings, and investigations. The successful candidate must be able to handle all aspects of a case from inception to completion, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Handle all aspects of a case from inception to completion, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Research and analyze complex legal issues related to securities litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings.
- Work with clients to develop strategies and negotiate settlements.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff in the firm.

**Qualifications:**

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California.
- 2–6 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with securities litigation, arbitration, regulation, and investigations.
- Ability to handle all aspects of a case from inception to completion.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
