Advice to law firm management: Something that I'd recommend to the leaders of the law firm is to do more to promote within. There's not really much that is making me want to stick around after I finish school. Perhaps some kind of promotion based on education could help a lot.

Pros: I applied here through a career fair that was hosted at my school. I felt it was a great way to get my foot in the door as I get my law degree. It's been great. I make decent money (more than most of my peers). I also learn a lot of through real life situations which will pay dividends after I get my law degree and want to start my own firm.

Cons: There isn't really much room for improvement for myself currently. I'm kind of being held back through school and my lack of experience and degree. I feel that this could be a great place to work for if you're looking for something in law, however as a student - it's not somewhere I'd like to stay after I graduate.

Advice to law firm management: I feel the management should do better to appreciate the staff they have and take care of them as their own. It is hard to find good co-workers and employees. What's more, take a stab at compensating them with better increments for the support and work they offer back to the organization.

Pros: A significant part of the character and notoriety of Riker Danzig has been molded by the noticeable pioneers who have been a piece of the company's rich history. Our national notoriety has guaranteed and it has an attractive choice for lawful ability. The team is very energetic and nice while ready to address the most complex difficulties and help when needed.

Cons: The time I was there has been fundamentally diminished to a record representative and I don't feel like I am apart of the firm, in spite of the fact that I was utilized as a secretary, which is something I despised doing. I worked for a completely terrible paralegal who miniaturized scale oversaw everything that I did. Buckling down, staying extra time without pay did not prevent her from giving me terrible surveys the time I put in did not equate to anything other than some thanks and subpar bonus. It turned into an extremely unfriendly and upsetting work that truly needs some change.
