Legal Business Associate - Senior Manager - Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) Team

Position Summary:

- Join Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team and be a part of transforming legal functions through technology
- Work with passionate professionals to help companies improve processes and increase efficiencies
- Opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Deloitte Tax LLP
- Manage client interactions, optimize legal processes, and identify innovative solutions to address legal department needs
- Understand and articulate Deloitte's broader practice and maintain relationships with clients
- Perform role of counselor and coach, participate in staffing and retention activities
- Develop and maintain contacts, organize and lead pursuit teams, and contribute to business development efforts

The Team:

- Deloitte's TTC practice helps legal and tax departments enhance their core responsibilities through streamlined and efficient technology solutions
- Specialize in tax and effectively address corporate legal and tax function's unique needs
- Multi-disciplinary approach combining legal, tax technical, and technology skillsets
- Business services include operating model evaluation, technology roadmap development, data and document management solutions, automation opportunities, and more
- Aligned across global network of member firms to support client objectives and challenges

Qualifications:

- 8+ years' experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Agiloft, SirionOne, Icertis, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, visualization/BI tools, DocuSign CLM, or Salesforce preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- One of the following accreditations required:
- Licensed CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement or SAS certified data scientist, paralegal certification with 4-year degree, or technical certifications such as Six Sigma, MCSD, CSEP, CISSP-ISSAP, or DocuSign
- Advanced degree in related field preferred
- Experience with DocuSign or Salesforce a plus
- Experience with template rationalization and harmonization, guide or playbook creation, and contracting process design desirable

Salary Information:

- Wage range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs
- Estimated range: $145,250 to $330,590
- Eligible for discretionary annual incentive program based on various factors, including individual and organizational performance
