Chicago office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks transactional attorney (business and employment) with 3+ years of experience. The candidate will focus on transactional matters, litigating non-compete agreements, negotiating executive compensation and severance packages, litigating Title VII and other discrimination matters, drafting employment agreements and employee handbooks, conducting workplace investigations, providing workplace training, and training businesses to form positive workplace cultures. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements and policies, such as operating agreements, purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and employment contracts on behalf of businesses. Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts for executives and physicians. A strong understanding of and experience in transactional matters is essential. Employment law experience preferred. Illinois licensed attorney needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential.
