Job Overview
A prestigious law firm in San Francisco, CA, seeks experienced Immigration Attorneys to handle employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based immigration cases. Duties
- Prepare and file immigration petitions and applications, including employment-based, family-based, and humanitarian-based cases.
- Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFE), Notices of Intent to Deny (NOID), Notices of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), audits, motions, and appeals.
- Conduct quality control and review non-attorney staff work.
- Manage 100+ case files while adhering to deadlines and client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address case-related questions.
- Collaborate with the team in meetings and training sessions to align with firm values and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business immigration.
- An active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Proven ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, including written legal documents and client-facing interactions.
- Experience with immigration case management systems such as INSZOOM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, and Slack is highly desirable.
- Commitment to professional growth and excellence in legal practice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership with the California State Bar.
