Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in insurance defense and coverage litigation cases.
• Analyze and assess claims, policies, and coverage issues for clients.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and depositions as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to strategize on case outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends.
• Manage case files efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in insurance defense and coverage litigation.
• Strong litigation skills and experience handling complex cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
