• Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications

Requirements

• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and case law
• Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail
• Strong negotiation skills and courtroom advocacy experience
• Ability to manage individual caseloads while working collaboratively in a team environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school
