Englewood Cliffs office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in both commercial litigation and transnational work. The candidate should have drafted and reviewed various contractual agreements and have some experience with commercial lease review and drafting, along with commercial purchase agreements. Must be admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of New York and New Jersey. Should be familiar with NJ Rules of Court, NY State Rules, and Federal Rules of Practice. Experienced in drafting pleadings and motions is required. Being equipped to manage discovery and deposition preparation and be comfortable making court appearances is needed.
