Attention all experienced civil litigation attorneys! The law firm, Borton Petrini, is actively seeking attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation/insurance defense. We have multiple openings in various locations throughout California including Bakersfield, Modesto, Sacramento, Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Diego. Responsibilities:
- Attend court hearings, arbitration, mediations, and depositions
- Draft discovery and contractual agreements
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation/insurance defense
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Trial experience preferred
