Job Overview:

The Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney will conduct legal research, draft various legal documents, represent clients in court proceedings, manage discovery processes, and counsel employment law matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and writing skills, demonstrate a passion for litigation, and have experience or interest in employment law.

Duties:

• Perform legal research on various litigation matters.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, position statements, and dispositive motions.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in litigation proceedings.
• Handle discovery-related activities and investigations.
• Counsel clients on employment-law-related matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Indiana.
• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Passion for litigation and interest/experience in employment law.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be and remain licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Skills:

• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to relate to and inspire confidence in sophisticated business clients.
