The candidate will work on a wide variety of litigation matters. Responsibilities include case analysis and development, deadline management, document analysis, research and drafting of pleadings, briefs, legal memoranda and correspondence, appearing at hearings and depositions and assisting at trial or trying cases with client approval. Must be licensed to practice in Colorado with 3+ years of litigation experience. Licensure in other states in addition to Colorado is desirable. Excellent research and writing abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage deadlines and meeting hourly billing requirements.
