Are you a driven and analytical individual with a passion for improving processes and driving success? ****, a leading law firm, is seeking a Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team in New York or other locations. As a member of our Practice Acceleration Team, you will play a critical role in optimizing processes, reducing risks, and implementing new technologies to drive success for our practice groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Gather input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with improvement goals
- Collaborate with the Knowledge & Innovation team to analyze data for informed decision-making
- Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking process performance
- Work collaboratively with the Pricing/LPM team to identify opportunities for improvement related to specific clients and matters
- Identify technology solutions to improve workflows for specific clients and matters
- Monitor process performance and provide training and support for successful implementation of improvements
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure cohesive improvement efforts
- Lead workshops and meetings to define process objectives and gain buy-in for changes
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and address concerns and resistance
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on achievements and challenges
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes
- Special projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, operations management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process management and project management
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- 5+ years of experience in the legal industry

Preferred Qualifications:

- PMP Certification

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

Salary Information:

- New York State: $70,600 - $127,200/yr
- New York City: $84,800 - $127,200/yr
