Law Firm Seeking Process Improvement Coordinator - $70,600 - $127,200/yr - Full Time

Holland & Knight, a prestigious law firm, is looking for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join their team. This hybrid role will involve identifying and implementing process improvements within legal practice, technology processes, and workflows. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in business process management and project management.

The Process Improvement Coordinator will play a critical role in driving process optimization, risk reduction, efficiency, and automation and AI implementations within practice groups. They will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current processes and identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Gather input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with improvement goals
- Collaborate with the Knowledge & Innovation team to analyze data for informed decision-making
- Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for tracking process performance
- Work with the Pricing/LPM team to identify opportunities for process improvement related to specific clients and matters
- Prepare reports and presentations on improvement initiatives
- Monitor process performance and provide training and support for successful implementation of improvements
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure cohesive improvement efforts
- Assist in change management strategies for successful adoption of new processes
- Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance
- Monitor the impact of changes and adjust as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on achievements and challenges
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes to minimize negative impacts
- Lead workshops and meetings to define process objectives and gain buy-in for changes
- Special projects and duties as assigned

Required Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Moderate or advanced keyboard usage

Required Qualifications & Education:

- 5+ years of experience in business process management and project management
- 5+ years of experience working in the legal industry

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

- PMP Certification, preferred

Salary Information:

- $70,600 - $127,200/year in New York State
- $84,800 - $127,200/year in New York City
