The candidate must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join the electrical patent prosecution practice group. A technical background is required in advanced math and computer science. Will serve in the analysis and preparation of replies to office actions and amendments; invention and disclosure meetings/calls with clients; preparation of new patent applications; preparation and prosecution of design applications; study of patents and prosecution history files in support of opinions of non-infringement or invalidity; technology licensing agreements and related transactions; and support of litigation, administrative reviews, petitions and appeals. Should have a . degree from an ABA accredited law school and be licensed to practice in a State Bar and before the USPTO. Must have a demonstrated track record of academic achievement and superior writing and interpersonal skills.
