Job Description:

The Senior Associate of Business Transformation at **Members Only** works closely with the Senior Manager of Business Transformation to drive organizational change and achieve financial and operational success for the firm. This role utilizes change management principles, processes, and tools to support multiple teams through change initiatives of varying complexity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop overall change management strategy, communication plan, training plan, and transition plan for change initiatives.
- Lead, guide, and support multiple project work streams.
- Work directly with leading change agent to identify impacts to people, process, policy, and structure.
- Identify and align stakeholders, establish appropriate communication and feedback loops, and define success measures, training, and organizational readiness.
- Drive day-to-day change management activities while providing support and coaching for the firm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or another relevant field required.
- Master's degree in accounting/Taxation or . preferred.
- Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel preferred.
