What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
My advice of the company is to hire a new Human Resource Department and have that department be qualified to do payroll and do hiring and keep personnel files confidential, and who know the law.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It is NOT a law firm. It is an insurance claims office.. My supervisor for 15 years until she quit was easy to work with and liked my work. I got yearly raises. The company used up to date software and hardware. I had the opportunity to learn about the company.

What did you not like about this institution?
The worst was the new Human Resource Department. It is the reason I quit my job after 15 years.
