Upward mobility is a bit slow. I wish it was faster, butnevertheless the mobility is still there, so this is not that big of an issue.

Provide more opportunities for promotions. Treat your workers fairly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The environment and culture is excellent. The salary is acceptable, and employees are treated well.

What did you not like about this institution?
The size can make it difficult to separate work from life. It can be difficult to get a promotion.

Communicate with the staff and they will do their best to help you out however they can.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been at Boulay LLP for 3 years and I can say this is the best firm in the state. Wonderful staff and great place to work.

What did you not like about this institution?
The scheduling can be a bit hectic but they will work with you if you tell them your needs.
