What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I was hired as part-time, seasonal employee for 2020 Holiday season. My duties were delegated to front-end assistance (retrieval of shopping carts, checkout assistance, and light sanitation). Overall, Target is a very strong retail organization that offered very competitive pay. I had 4-5 supervisors that worked to help me with scheduling requests. The supporting staff of employees are very disciplined, polite people. I would only work for a company like Target because of their strong leadership and team oriented attitude.

What did you not like about this institution?
I can not offer any negative comments for Target?
