The Holley community approved a spending plan for the 2009-2010 school year by a vote of 516 in favor and 213 opposed. Proposition One to provide funding for the operations and maintenance of the Community Free Library was also approved by a vote of 466 in favor to 245 opposed. Proposition Two, which authorizes the district to purchase two full-size and two 19-passenger buses was approved by a vote of 431 to 276.
