A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join a Northern Colorado practice specializing in business transactions, property matters, and landlord-tenant disputes. This role is based in Loveland, CO, and offers the chance to work with a team-oriented firm that values innovation, client service, and professional development.

Duties

  • Guide clients through commercial matters, including corporate agreements and negotiation of contracts

  • Manage real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, dispositions, and lease drafting

  • Counsel property owners on landlord-tenant issues, including eviction proceedings, lease conflicts, and regulatory compliance

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence relevant to business and housing matters

  • Represent clients in hearings and mediations before local tribunals

  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic approaches and coordinate case management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and counsel on case progress

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

  • Active Colorado bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)

  • Minimum of two years’ experience practicing in business law, real estate, or landlord-tenant litigation

  • Proven ability to draft contracts, leases, and court filings with precision

  • Strong oral advocacy skills for representing clients in court and administrative proceedings

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously

  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously while contributing positively to a team

  • Must live in or be open to relocating to Northern Colorado

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Admission to the Colorado Bar (required)
