Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their Seattle office as a Counsel or Member. This position requires a minimum of 10-15 years of significant insurance coverage experience, excellent analytical and writing skills, and a strong academic background. Some litigation experience is also necessary. The candidate must be a member of the Washington Bar.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel and advice to insurance industry clients on complex insurance coverage matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10-15 years of significant insurance coverage experience
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• Litigation experience
• Member of the Washington Bar

Salary Information:
• Salary range for this position is $205,000-$230,000
• Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications
