Job Title: Attorney – Real Estate (Partner or Associate)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: Competitive
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Law

Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate legal documents including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, development agreements, financing documents, cell tower leases, and deeds
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding real estate matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Monitor and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters
• Represent clients in real estate negotiations and transactions
• Knowledge of mortgage foreclosures and trustee’s sales is highly desirable

Qualifications:
• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing real estate law
• Strong understanding of real estate law and transactions
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
