Qualifications for Junior Litigation Attorney:
- Possess a four-year bachelor's degree
- Juris doctor's degree required
- Must be licensed to practice law in West Virginia

Responsibilities of Junior Litigation Attorney:
- Deliver competent legal services, including preparing complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Analytical support by identifying key legal issues and recommending relevant legal arguments
- Manage and evaluate the discovery process
- Perform legal research and outline depositions
- Coordinate with witnesses and collect evidence
- Oversee assigned cases and manage or delegate tasks as needed
- Support contingency team in achieving monthly targets and revenue objectives
- Participate in case status meetings and take appropriate actions as needed

Compensation for Junior Litigation Attorney:
- Salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 yearly, inclusive of bonuses, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions
- Law firm pays for all bar dues and CLE fees
- Potential for relocation assistance
