it does not matter because they will not change until clients pull their work. to the attorneys there who know what's going on, stop tolerating the bad behavior from management

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Get right first within your own company, then treat people as they should be treated.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Wish there was a choice of zero rating stars...
What did you not like about this institution?
Horrible company---if you respect yourself, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS FIRM. Other reviews on other sites tell the story...feeling of animocity in the office, NO support from senior staff, and complete lack of appreciation and respect for employees and people in general. Do yourself a favor, STAY FAR AWAY!
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All--see above

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Absolutely nothing. The lawyers who run the firm are shady, unethical and backstabbers.
What did you not like about this institution?
The office managed. She’s a conniving, rumor monger who repeatedly stabs hardworking employees in the back. She is notorious for open admitting she enjoys getting staff members fired. She acts like the founding and managing partner of the firm. Sadly, she a vindictive paper Tiger who has one set of rules for herself and another set of rules for the rest of the office staff. A low life individual who embodies Peter principle and double standard.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
All of them.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The day I left.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Start by firing the office manager for enabling a terrible work environment. Then send the managing lawyers to a CLE to teach them how to run a law firm in a professional manner.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really wish I could say something nice about working here but at the end of the day, the work environment is so bad that the “best of the firm” were some of the staff members but all eventually leave leaving very little positive about the firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
The office manager, especially, but also the environment of blaming the staff and/or associate attorneys for incompetently managing the firm, manufacturing/falsely accusing employees of unsubstantiated claims to justify firing for cause. If you want to know exactly the type of work environment you’ll be stepping into, ask them how many people have left the firm in the recent past. While I was there at least 7 people resigned and I know of several others who were actively interviewing. The gentle sentiment….”I need to GTFO” of here.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
See above. Really, all of them.
How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
I didn’t enjoy my time working for this law firm.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Stay away from this firm. I don't care how experienced you are, they go out of their way to humuliate you.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Nothing I can say that would be positive about this firm.
What did you not like about this institution?
I worked there for a short time in 2019 and I can see by the other reviews they haven't changed. The office manager's answer to everything is to fire as many people as she could. I worked very hard with some long days and I got nothing but disrespect from the attorneys who did not appreciate you, no matter what you did. When I mentioned that I wasn't happy with the treatment there to the office manager, she fired me. There were about 6 people working in the job I was working within two years. They just don't get it.
