I would mentor new attorneys longer. I think this would help new attorneys get their barring in the firm better. I think this would help make new attorneys more successful.
I found that the attorneys are very knowledgeable. Regardless of the practice area, there was a deep knowledge base. I found if I needed help from a different angle it was available.
The new attorneys seem to be thrown into work a little fast. I found that I was not mentored very long. There is a lot of help if you have questions, but mentoring itself is not very long.
