What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I am not really sure of a way to solve the issue. Having everyone work on one case together so no one person stays working late doesn't seem fair. It also doesn't seem fair for one person to stay back either. There might not be a solution to that problem.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is no micromanaging at the firm, which makes everyone feel a sense of responsibility to the case they are assigned. As a part of this, no one is given individual tasks; we all work on a case and sometimes work with each other. It helps the staff to really care about a case and not just a part of a larger case. I always felt like this was a huge advantage to the firm and the way they work.
What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately, if you are working on a case that is a little difficult you might be spending more hours after work to work on the case than other people in the firm. This could be an issue if you are continually given larger cases to work on because you have proved to be thorough on the past cases.
