Do better, stop trying to deceive the public into thinking you're a firm which no longer exists, and treat your employees with some modicum of respect. You can't work your staff to the bone like you run a sweatshop with minimal pay and benefits and a terrible office environment and expect your business to be sustainable.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There is nothing good about this firm

What did you not like about this institution?
They are claiming to be Martin and Oliveira, LLP... That firm was excellent to work for prior to the pandemic, but Martin Hochberg and Cianflone is terrible to work for. There is not a single happy individual at this office.

Avoid every partner, but especially the Martins. Narcissistic jerks that only care about the green dollar bills in their pockets, not their employees or clients... it's disgraceful.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Quitting was my only good experience with this firm (though I did enjoy Martin and Oliveira before the pandemic, which this firm seems to be pretending to be affiliated with)

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Unfortunately, the 1 star review was written by a disgruntled attorney who "quit" the firm. The hostility and anger in the tone of the review demonstrates the issues this individual is dealing with and the reason they are no longer with the firm. In an era of social media, we understand that negative people can use the internet as a tool to attempt to harm others. It is no surprise this review appears only on an anonymous platform and that the individual lacked the conviction to put their name behind their defamatory statement.
