Despite my initial hopes, this Caplin & Drysdale, Chartered failed to deliver on their promises and left me feeling skeptical about their ability to meet the needs of their customers.

Average Law firm with poor management

Recognize workers who are unwilling to work cooperatively and provide disincentives to discourage such behavior. Develop a five-year outlook for the firm and set goals to achieve that vision. Measures should be taken to stop bullying at the workplace.

The best part of the firm is great location, great benefits, strong internal and external training available. Respectful people and good interdepartmental communication. However, some partners can be quite disrespectful and condescending no matter what.

The worst part is that some senior play Favoritism and politics. This should be identified by management and these unfair practices should be stopped. Work from home is also discouraged by management. I have heard cases of female sexual harassment and management trying to diminish it.
