What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think bonuses for helping the firm benefit from brainstorming sessions and meetings that we do would be great. But I also don't think it's a major deal.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm really emphasizes in getting associates to be involved in a lot of the aspects of the business. Other than putting in quality work when dealing with clients and cases, the partners like to involve associates in things like online branding and logistics.
What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits are some of the things I take issue with at the firm. Even though I enjoy the participation the firm encourages associates to take part in, it would be nice if there were some monetary rewards to them.
