What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Don't bother leaving your current job!!! The NY office administrator is extremely difficult to deal with. The job life cycle is maximum of one year.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Awesome law firm. However, working for the ny mgmt team is not worth leaving your current position to then risk your future career. Maximum job cycle at HL NY office management team is one year.
What did you not like about this institution?
The administrator does not provide the neccessary resources to get your job done and she is not helpful when dealing with various issues. Many other Ny staff has quick after a few month. Not worth the career change.

Give more opportunities for advancement. Provide a better work/life balance.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I love it there because everyone is treated with respect. There's a sense of family at the firm. I have mostly great memories from this experience.
What did you not like about this institution?
Hours are long and there is a lot of overtime. There is not much room for advancement.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Having been here for 5 years, I can say that this is definitely the best firm I've ever worked at. Lots of opportunities for promotions.
What did you not like about this institution?
You'll have to work hard here if you want to make it; they have no room for slackers here!
