What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
There needs to be more structure and someone should be in charge of handling meetings. This would help streamline everyone's work process and speed things up a bit.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
While working at this firm I always felt relaxed and deadlines were always set realistically by those higher up than me. I always felt well respected and welcome while working at this firm as well.
What did you not like about this institution?
Things can be a little too laid back at times and there's not enough structure. Some days I would be waiting nearly all day for a partner of mine to get around to helping me, due to a lack of structure.

Give younger attorneys a hybrid compensation structure that gives them a base, but also rewards new business and time billed. This will increase retention.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The culture is amazing, and many of the lawyers are great at what they do. There are many high-profile clients and interesting cases.
What did you not like about this institution?
Compensation is below market for a firm its size. Also, there’s a need for more structure than what is currently in place.

The tight-knit, family feel.
